Most students with disabilities take the same courses and assessments as other students to earn a standard diploma.  The following options are only for students with disabilities and require the 24 credits listed on the table on page 6.
• Students with significant cognitive disabilities may earn credits via access courses and be assessed on a Florida Standards Alternate Assessment.
• Students may earn at least 0.5 credit via paid employment”
